Just a week after the first Tech Doc Open-Air festival in Iasi, levi niners from Serbia had their own fantastic celebration!
The third edition of the festival brought us back to where it all started, in Novi Sad. With the sun on our backs and the Danube flowing by, the atmosphere couldn’t have been more perfect.
About 380 people joined the party, levi niners from Zrenjanin, Belgrade, and Novi Sad, along with special guests from the board, visiting clients from Asics and Future Insights, and several alumni who were part of the leadership or team taking Levi9’s first steps back in 2005.
Festival Vibes with Street Food, Cocktails, and Photobooth
The venue was beautifully branded in true Tech Doc style. Food stations buzzed with flavor and live cooking sessions, and even one of the cocktails was named Levi9. The DJ kept the vibe just right — so good, in fact, that someone said: “Don’t ever change the DJ!”
The Open Kitchen concept was a brilliant choice. Everyone enjoyed not only fresh food but also a real-time gastro-show. The variety was impressive, ranging from traditional local meats and cheeses to Mexican and Italian dishes, burgers, American pancakes, and ice cream.
Jubilees on Stage: 20 Years at Levi9
In a heartfelt opening, Mirjana Trobok and Viktor Kovač, Delivery Center Directors, reminded us what it means to build something together. Angelina Best joined them on the stage and gave nice energetic talk that introduced the first surprise – short movie about the impact levi niners are making every day, with tehnology.
Then we turned to the stars of the day, our colleagues celebrating 20 years with the company. Jelena Kutlača Milošević, Dario Đurica, Nikola Milutinović, Viktor Kovač, and Jan Dolinaj have been invaluable parts of Levi9 since day one. They received trophies on stage as a small token of appreciation, but our gratitude is immeasurable. This memorable moment was marked by a speech from Jan Dolinaj, CTO and one of Levi9’s founders.

Documentaries vs. Dancefloor
The AI-themed documentaries, I Hope This Helps and The Thinking Game, added a thoughtful dimension to the festival. Most levi niners, understandably, were drawn instead to the vibrant party vibe and riverside energy. But movie lovers, worry not! We’ll be hosting a Movie Happy Hour during the summer so levi niners can enjoy them in full.
The Final Touch: Handcrafted Gifts
At the end of the day, everyone picked up a special gift, a custom backpack handmade by Berkesel. This is a small but mighty Serbian manufacturer, based in Zrenjanin, and run by two sisters. That made the perfect ending of the day, with gift that is personal, local, and full of care.
Thank you to everyone who made this day unforgettable. Cheers to 20 years behind us, and to everything that lies ahead. Ukraine and Netherlands, over to you!
