Some people leave a mark on one project. Others leave a mark on everyone they work with, across every project they touch. In Q2 2026, Nemanja Pavlović, Software Architect in our Belgrade office, was clearly the latter.

Nemanja’s impact this quarter reached far beyond a single project or codebase. Through his presales work, he made a strong impression on clients with a thoughtful, needs-driven approach – translating complex requirements into solutions that were both efficient and closely aligned with business goals. His ability to quickly analyze complicated problems and land on accurate technical conclusions has become a signature strength, consistently raising the quality and execution bar on the projects he touches.
He has also become the team’s go-to person on AI. Nemanja invested significant time exploring how AI can reshape the SDLC, turning that exploration into practical concepts he shared with clients and colleagues alike. His presentations sparked genuine discussion, pushed teams to rethink their approach to AI adoption, and surfaced real opportunities to improve how Levi9 delivers software.

On the project, Nemanja played a key role in on-time, high-quality delivery – work that helped build the kind of client trust that led to an extended engagement. During the discovery phase, he built a proof of concept tackling one of the client’s toughest challenges, accelerating decision-making and demonstrating value early in the relationship. He went on to become a highly trusted technical voice on that project, with his recommendations directly supporting the client’s ability to scale.
Internally, Nemanja is a key contributor to One9, one of Levi9’s most important internal initiatives – now successfully delivered and live in production. His role there goes well beyond development: he actively shapes solution design and technical decision-making, helping determine how features get structured and built.
