The latest TalentX 2025 results, published by HelloWorld Infostud, brought an important recognition for Levi9: we are officially among the TOP 10 most desirable IT employers in Serbia.
With the IT market continuing to evolve and adapt, this recognition comes at an important moment for all of us and carries meaningful value. It is even more significant considering that Levi9 is the only outsourcing company on the list, while companies of this type made up half of the list in the previous 2023 iteration.
The TalentX research, conducted in September, reflects the expectations, motivations, and perceptions of more than 1200 IT professionals. With AI reshaping the industry and career priorities shifting accordingly, employees today look not only for competitive technologies and challenges – but also for stability, trust, professional growth, and an environment that creates long-term value.

What the Serbian IT Community Values Today

46% are more attracted to companies that actively use AI,
61% would change their opinion of an employer if unethical AI practices appeared,
67% have more trust in companies that reduce pressure caused by rapid AI changes,
79% consider ethical AI decision-making by leaders a key factor in employer perception,
74% say AI helps them spend less time on routine tasks,
59% feel more confident after gaining new AI skills,
23% worry their current skills may become outdated because of AI.
