This year, we marked International Women’s Day at Levi9 in a slightly different way. Across our offices in Novi Sad, Belgrade, and Zrenjanin, more than 100 of our colleagues took part in a creative plant terrarium workshop focused on relaxation, sustainability, and shared creation.
In collaboration with the Terrador team, each participant created her own small, almost self‑sustaining ecosystem – a plant terrarium she could take home as a lasting reminder of the importance of self‑care and environmental responsibility.
Offline Wellbeing Experience
The workshop motto, “Get Your Hands Dirty, Clear Your Mind,” perfectly captured what participants highlighted as its greatest value. A strong focus on the creative process and a fully offline experience created a calming atmosphere where everyone could slow down and truly enjoy the moment.
The workshops were thoughtfully guided to encourage individual expression as well as a sense of togetherness – values we also nurture in our everyday work at Levi9.

Positive Feedback
The feedback confirmed that this year’s International Women’s Day celebration truly resonated with our colleagues. The event concept, the workshop itself, and the gift participants took home all received exceptionally high ratings. What stood out the most were:
- a creative concept,
- a sense of calm and mental reset,
- the fact that each participant went home with a unique, personal creation.
Small Gestures, a Strong Message
At Levi9, celebrating International Women’s Day is more than a symbolic gesture – it is an opportunity to highlight how much we value sustainability, wellbeing, and the personal growth of our people. Through initiatives like this, we strive to create an environment where our colleagues feel seen, connected, and empowered – not just on this day, but throughout the entire year.
Facts to be proud of
At Levi9, 36% of our colleagues are women, compared to the industry average of 27% in tech. We’re also proud to say that women and men are equally represented across both our Board and Management Team.
When diversity is put into practice – not just measured in numbers – it creates space for different perspectives. And those perspectives help us grow stronger, more thoughtful, and more future‑ready as a company.
