We had the pleasure of welcoming our partners from Hunter Douglas to the Levi9 office in Novi Sad. The visit was a valuable opportunity to further strengthen our partnership, exchange insights, and discuss plans for the upcoming period.
The visit followed an internal reorganization within Hunter Douglas Europe and included the newly appointed Director of Digital and AI and Head of Engineering Delivery. The goal was mutual introduction, the delivery of a Quarterly Business Review (QBR), and presenting Levi9’s team, culture, expertise, and long-term strategy. At the same time, our guests shared their key development directions and plans for 2026.
Exchanging Ideas and AI Use Cases
During the visit, the Levi9 team presented a number of AI use cases that sparked strong interest from the Hunter Douglas team. The discussions highlighted the potential for practical application of many of these ideas within their business environment, reinforcing the value of our collaboration and opening the door to new initiatives.
The feedback we received was highly positive, particularly regarding the presentations, the teams’ expertise, and our approach to addressing complex business challenges.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
Levi9 is partnering with Hunter Douglas to develop and enhance Dealer Connect – a scalable sales enablement and dealer management platform used across Europe. The platform supports both vendors and dealers, enabling them to manage product catalogs, quotes, orders, and communication in one centralized place.
Our teams focus on developing new features, improving performance and stability, and maintaining this business‑critical system. In parallel, Levi9 has delivered a complete UI/UX redesign of the platform and the Product Configurator, making them more intuitive and aligned with modern sales workflows. The result is a faster, more user‑friendly platform that improves sales efficiency, increases user satisfaction, and creates a solid foundation for future innovation.
How Our Partnership Began
Although today we collaborate on complex digital solutions, our story includes a charming detail – before becoming our client, Hunter Douglas was actually our supplier of blinds. It’s the kind of plot twist you couldn’t script – and honestly, one of our favorite things about this collaboration. Partnerships that evolve organically tend to be the strongest ones, and this one is proof of that.
We look forward to the next steps and the joint projects ahead!
